The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 states that based on the information received from Sellamuthu and Kaliyamoorthi, two First Information Reports were registered in Crime Nos.428 and 429 of 2024.
2. In view of the above fact, the prayer sought for in the writ petition to act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2024 is substantially complied with. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
