Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records with the 2nd Respondent pertaining to the remarks reflecting the order dated 25.05.2024 made by the 3rd respondent as against the Document No.7622 / 2023in the certificate of encumbrance pertaining to the subject matter of property situated in S.F. No 57/3 of Mukasippulavampalayam village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District and measuring an extent of 1.07 Acres, belonging absolutely to the petitioner and quash the same with a direction to the 2nd Respondent to remove the aforesaid remarks.
