The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take immediate action against the 3rd respondent for the act of causing life threat and directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for the petitioner from interfering with the possession of the property.
2. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
