Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mansdamus praying to calling for the records pertaining to the orders passed in Ka.No.003971/043/Ni.Pi.2/Uu.3/Ko.Va.Ve/2010 dated 11.03.2010 and in Ka.No.0456/155/Ni.Pi.2/U.3/Ko.Va.Ve/2011 dated 25.05.2011, passed by the 2nd respondent, rejecting the petitioner application for compassionate appointment, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide him suitable employment on compassionate grounds forthwith, without reference to attaining the age of majority as on the date of making application and without reference to the condition that he should have completed 18 years of age within 3 years from the date of death of his father, based on the removal of those two conditions made later in Nilai (Full Board) TANGEDCO Proceedings No.9, Administrative Branch, dated 09.10.2015 award costs.
