ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent in Tax Revision petition No.15/2015-16 dated 16.12.2015 and to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners would work out their remedy under the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, challenging the order dated 16.12.2015.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioners to work out their remedy under the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
