ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order passed in C.M.P.No.3176 of 2013 dated 20.09.2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Poonamallee.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to assist the prosecution as ordered by the trial court. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision case stands dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
