This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct proper enquiry based on the petitioner representation dated 03.10.2023 and to cancel the legal heir certificate dated 08.08.2023 certificate TN 720230712237, issued by the 3rd respondent in favour of the 4th respondent is illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petitions is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
