3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that a complaint was given by one Hanumantha Rao as against this petitioner and C.S.R.No.60 of 2016 was assigned and on that basis enquiry was conducted and it was also closed. He would further submit that the petitioner is not required for enquiry.
