(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we permit the third respondent to register the memorandum of deposit of title documents filed by the petitioner to secure loan from Indian Bank. We are making an exception in this case because the mortgage was created with a nationalised bank and prior to our general order.
