This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 31.07.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the third respondent is the adjacent house owner of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent build up a new house and he made an application before the respondents 1 & 2 and sought for to provide the electricity connection in new house, for which, the second respondent are trying to put electricity post in the petitioners patta land. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 31.07.2024 which was not considered by them till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders 2/4

will be passed by the first respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
