This Criminal Appeal has been preferred by the Accused No.8/Alaguvel. Mr.M.R.Franklin, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant has already preferred an appeal in Crl.A.No.711 of 2017 along with the accused nos.2 to 5. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw this appeal and also the learned counsel made an endorsement to that effect.
