The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the 4th respondent from the Temple's property and further direct the 3rd respondent to grant police protection https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Bundobust) to perform car festival of Sri Kondanda Rama Swamy Temple at Deverrapalli near Bagalur, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District on 04.04.2017.

2. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. More over the petitioner seeks police protection to vacate the fourth respondent and to perform car festival. Since the matter pertaining to the civil dispute, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered.
