Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned orders issued by the First Respondent vide his proceedings No. Appeal No.PSA(A).1/2018, dated 26.03.2019 and quash the same and further direct the third Respondent to disburse the difference of subsistence Allowance from 01.04.2008 to 31.03.2012 with interest at 12% per annum.
