ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 10.11.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the complaint dated 10.11.2015, which was sent by post by the petitioner, is pending enquiry on the file of the respondent-police.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
