This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 30.01.2023 and 01.03.2023 made in W.M.P.No.2502 of 1/3

2023 in W.P.No.2407 of 2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent issued summons to the petitioner Management and hence the petitioner filed this contempt. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the summons issued by the respondent as against the petitioner were revoked vide letter dated 11.09.2023 and further submitted that till the disposal of the writ petition in W.P.No.2407 of 2023, no coercive steps will be taken as against the petitioner. 4.The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent is recorded. Hence, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
