This petition is filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and decree made in MCOP.No.12 of 2018 dated 27.01.2023 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Judge, Neyveli.

2.The claimants have been served and the owner and the driver of the offending vehicle remained ex-parte before the Tribunal.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and the Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.114127 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
