Mr.L.Baskaran, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaints dated 22.11.2021 (Crl.OP.No.24865 of 2021) and 08.03.2021 and 25.08.2021 (Crl.OP.No.23962 of 2021) respectively.

2. This Court by its order dated 15.03.2021 referred these matters to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court, for an amicable settlement between the parties.

3. Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that both the parties (petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24865 of 2021 and petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23962 of 2021) are entered into compromise since there was a dispute with regard to the landlord-tenancy dispute.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, these criminal original petitions are closed.
