ORDER

This petitioner has approached this Court by filing this Contempt Petition, alleging non-compliance with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.7379 of 2011 on April 01, 2011.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite a delay of 14 years, the respondents failure to pay the outstanding amount as directed by this Court constitutes a continuous contempt.

3. However, the prescribed limitation for initiating the contempt proceedings before this Court is one year and the present petition is filed after an inordinate delay of 14 years and the same cannot be entertained.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the GPF and SPF have already been settled.

5. Taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed primarily on the ground of inordinate delay of 14 years. No costs.
