This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 259 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition. Further, he request this Court to waive the interest for the delayed period.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 259 days in filing the appeal is condonned. It is made clear that the appellants are not entitled to the interest for the delayed period.
