The contempt petition is filed to initiate action against the respondent in non-complying the order of this Court dated 27.01.2025 in W.P.No.2283 of 2025

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and patta for the subject property has been issued vide proceedings of the respondent dated 23.08.2025 in Na.Ka.No.A4/2145/2024. A copy of the proceedings has been produced before the Court today.
