ORDER

I heard Mr.M.Vijaya Ragavan for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ravindran, Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.J.Mohamed Sathik, Government Advocate for the respondents.

2.Both the counsels agree that the body which was buried on 29.03.2025 has been removed and has been reintered in a notified area. This process has

ensured that the interim order granted by this Court has been complied with. The respondents shall ensure that no further burial is permitted in the area as directed by Hon'ble Mr.JUSTICE G.R.SWAMINATHAN in WMP.No.14160 of 2024 in WP.No.13007 of 2024 dated 22.05.2024. 3.Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. 18-11-2025 krk Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
