In a suit filed for recovery of money, the plaintiffs have come up with this application seeking leave to file a suit.

2. Mr.K.Sukumaran, learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the applicants are from the State of Rajasthan and they are engaged in the business of buying and selling watches. It is further submitted that the applicants part with huge amount on believing the representation made by the respondents to purchase a property in Thaiyur Village, but the respondents neither executed the sale deed nor returned the amount.

3. It is further submitted that the entire transaction had taken place within the jurisdiction of this Court and this application has been filed, since the respondents / defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and also taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
