C.M.P.No.4640 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 885 days in filing the application to bring on record Petitioners 7 to 9 as legal representatives of the deceased 4th Appellant. 2.C.M.P.No.4642 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th Appellant. 3.C.M.P.No.4644 of 2022 has been filed to record the 2nd Appellant as the legal representative of the deceased 4th Appellant. 4.C.M.P.No.4645 of 2022 has been filed to permit the Petitioners 7 to 9 to be brought on records as legal representatives of the deceased 4th Appellant/Appellants 7 to 9 in A.S.No.259 of 2013. 5.C.M.P.No.6541 of 2016 has been filed to condone the delay of 641 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 1st Appellant in A.S.No.259 of 2013. 6.C.M.P.No.

6542 of 2016 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st Appellant in A.S.No.259 of 2013. 7.C.M.P.No.6543 of 2016 has been filed to permit the Petitioners 5 and 6 and 3rd Respondent herein to be brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st Appellant/Appellants 5 & 6 and 3rd Respondent in A.S.No.259 of 2013.

8.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
