No.252 of 2023 from the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the III Additional Family Court at Chennai and tried along with H.M.O.P. No.3060 of 2024. 1/4

In both Tr C.M.Ps For Petitioner : Mr.M. Velmurugan - - - - - - COMMON ORDER Heard Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Despite service of notice on the respondent, the respondent has neither appeared in person, nor through a counsel.

2. The wife, seeks transfer of G.W.O.P. No.4006 of 2024 pending on the file of the I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of III Additional Family Court, Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.3060 of 2024.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application seeking transfer. It is in the interest of the parties that both the O.P.s are to be tried together, by the same Court considering that the issues are overlapping.

4. In the light of the above, I am inclined to transfer G.W.O.P. No.4006 of 2024 and M.C. No.252 of 2023 to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.3060 of 2024.

5. The learned counsel would also bring to my notice that trial has already commenced in M.C. No.252 of 2023 and he seeks for expeditious disposal of all the proceedings being connected to each other.

6. In the light of the above, I am inclined to issue a direction to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai, to expedite enquiry / trial in G.W.O.P. No.4006 of 2024, H.M.O.P. No.3060 of 2024 as well as M.C. No.252 of 2023 and dispose of the same finally, on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.01.2026.
