C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have come forward with these petitions seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection on the complaint of the petitioners dated 29.02.2016. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are the license holders for running R.S.Blue Metals; Ganesan Blue Metals and SSS Blue Metals respectively in Survey Nos.305/2,3 and 4; Survey No.279 and Survey No.304/1A respectively, but, the villagers are demanding some amount for running the business. Therefore, the petitioners have given a complaint to the 2nd respondent on 29.02.2016 seeking relief for police protection and enquire the same. But the respondents have not come forward to give police protection or enquire the same. Therefore, the petitioners have come forward with these petitions for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaints are under consideration. 4.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the complaints given by the petitioners dated 29.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
