Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records in Crime No.73 of 2017 pending enquiry on the file of 4th respondent initiated U/s.145 of Cr.P.C. and Quash the same. ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed to call for the entire records in Crime No.73 of 2017 pending enquiry on the file of 4th respondent initiated U/s.145 of Cr.P.C.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this case registered U/s 145 of Cr.P.C., which was pending on the file of the fourth respondent, has been closed after conducting enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
