of the 1st respondent until further orders. Since the respondents remain unrepresented till date, despite service of notice in this application, the order, dated 05.09.2024 passed by this Court as referred to supra is made absolute by this Court. and this application is allowed as prayed for.

2. The applicant is directed to initiate arbitration as per the provisions of Section 9(3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, within the stipulated time.
