ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed with the limited prayer to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2021 with regard to cancel the order of suspension, dated 21.08.2020 and for reinstatement on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2020.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the very same petitioner has filed another Writ Petition in W.P.No.17569 of 2020 seeking the very same relief and the same was disposed of by this Court on 22.02.2022 by observing as under:
"3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the revision petition dated 26.08.2020 filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs."
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
