Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct 1st to 3rd respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 23.08.2016 and to take action by demolishing the said illegal construction being put up by the 4th respondent in the common path way near the junction of the Mariamman Koil Street at 144, Pudupattu Village, Pannur Post, Thiruvallur Taluk and District, Pin-602 108, which land is under the control of the 3rd respondent and to make the said common pathway free for ingress and egress for all and from any illegal encroachment. O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation is about illegal construction put up by the fourth respondent against which the petitioner has already made a representation dated 23.08.2016.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader states that he has received instructions that an inspection has been made and the construction made by the fourth respondent has been found to be unauthorized and action in accordance with law will be taken within fifteen (15) days from today.

3.The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof. No costs.
