This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent/police to initiate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.08.2022 in CSR No.1696 of 2022 dated 28.08.2022 and in furtherance of the communication of the 3rd respondent/Special Tahsildar in Na.Ka.No.48/A1/2022/A1 dated 05.04.2023 to the 2nd respondent regarding execution of settlement deed by using forged documents.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that a request was made to the authorities to restore the Patta in the name of the petitioner and subsequently, the complaint of the petitioner was closed on 29.04.2023. However, further investigation will be done with regard to forging of Patta and the matter would be proceeded as per law.

3. In such view of the matter, let the investigation be proceeded further as per law.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed with the above directions.
