the petitioner dated 27.09.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 27.09.2021 to demarcate the his lands and release the same from acquiring for widening of the road and thereby handover the lands belongs to him in Plot No.1, in Survey No.164/11A of Grant Lyon (pullilyon) Village, Madhavaram Taluk of Thiruvallur District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2021 will be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 4 within a period of 6 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing due notice and affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved parties if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
