This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed for extension of time for comply the anticipatory bail condition.

2. This Court finds that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on condition that he should report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. Instead of complying with the condition, the petitioner sought for extension of time, which was granted by this Court in Crl.MP.No.6704 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.23309 of 2024 dated 04.04.2025. Even thereafter, the petitioner has not complied with the condition. This is the second time the present petition has been filed on 21.07.2025 for an extension of time. No explanation was given in the petition for the delay in not complying with the condition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is cancelled for non-compliance with the condition.
