Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 7.11.2015 in accordance with law and directing the 2nd respondent to issue No Income Certificate to enable him to get all the Government benefits.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 7.11.2015 in accordance with law and directing the 2nd respondent to issue No Income Certificate to enable him to get all the Government benefits.

2. Heard the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. When the writ petition was taken up on 1.2.2016, time was sought for on behalf of the respondents to get instructions. Today, on instructions, it is reported that the respondents are ready to issue the No Income Certificate to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the second respondent, alongwith a copy of this order, within a period of one week from the date receipt of copy of this order and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to issue the certificate by recording the statement of the petitioner.
