ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2019 for rectification https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of erroneous entries and to mutate the same in the petitioner's name for the properties measuring to an extent of 0.29 cents comprised in Survey No.2/2, 4.58 acres comprised in Survey No.32/2 and 3.82 acres comprised in Survey No.11/7 situated at Sokkapuram Village, previously Hosur Taluk, presently Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.T.Vedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 6 herein, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
