ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend any future counselling for BDS Course 2016-2017 session or in the alternative to allot one seat in BDS to the petitioner out of the seats lying vacant in any of the colleges. 2.When this writ petition came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the last date for filling up of the BDS seats has already been over on 07.10.2016, and hence he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. 3.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
