This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 10 days of filing the above criminal revision petition to call for the records and set aside the judgment passed in CA.No.98 of 2022 by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupathur dated 07.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 10 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
