This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring the respondents 3 and 4 herein on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st Respondent/Devaraj as proposed respondents 4 and 5 in the application in C.M.P.No.10239 of 2023 in S.A.SR.No.43453 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.27833 of 2025 is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
