Motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the order dated 14.12.2023 in W.P.No.29219 of 2023.

It is submitted that the name of learned counsel for the petitioner is wrongly recorded in the order dated 14.12.2023. The correct name ought to be Mr.G.M.Gokul Ram.

In view of the submissions made, the name of Mr.G.M.Gokul Ram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, be recorded in the appearance portion as well as in the first paragraph of the order dated 14.12.2023.

Necessary corrections be carried out.

The motion is disposed of accordingly.
