Mr.K.Manimaran Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 07.03.2025 passed by the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu in I.A.No.6/2024 in OS No.207 of 2018. By the said order, the Trial Court has allowed the application filed by the respondent seeking to setaside the ex-parte decree passed in favour of the petitioner in OS No.207 of 2018. The said suit was filed for partition.

Even though the impugned order has been challenged in the Civil Revision Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions would submit that it would suffice if a direction is issued by this Court to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time to be fixed by this Court. 3.

No prejudice would be caused to the any of the parties if such a direction is issued.

Accordingly, without interfering with the impugned order, this Court directs the Trial Court to dispose of the Suit in OS No.207 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
