ORDER

Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate for the respondents, after taking instructions from Mrs.V.Meenakshi, Superintendent, State Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Maraimalai Nagar, who is present in the Court, stated that the proceeds of unearned leave on private affairs have been worked out to Rs.3,12,900/- and an order also has been passed for payment of the same on 28.3.2019 and the cheque has also been issued on 29.3.2019, which will be credited to the account of the legal heir of the deceased petitioner today.

2. Recording his statement, this contempt petition stands closed. It is open to the legal heir of the deceased to withdraw the amount lying to her credit.
