2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13554 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30.a.m., from Monday to Friday and thereafter report before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
