ORDER

This application has been filed to substitute the Dharmakartha who has now taken charge of the first, second and third respondent temples.

2. It is contended that the Dharmakartha who had been named in the Second Appeal had died. Even though his legal representatives had been brought on record earlier, they cannot function as Dharmakartha and C.V. KARTHIKEYAN,J., 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CMP No.18078 of 2025 vum therefore it is imperative that the present Dharmakartha is shown as representing the respondents 1, 2 and 3.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the respondents 1, 2 and 3 temples will have to be properly represented by their Dharmakartha, the application stands allowed.

5. Registry to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title to the Second Appeal by deleting the name of Mr.V.Kamala kannan who has been shown as Trustee / Administrator of the first, second and third respondent temple and substitute the name of Mr.K,Paramasivam in that place.

6. It is to be noted that V.Kamala Kannan is an independent respondent R9. That may be retained.

7. List the case once again on 08.09.2025.
