ORDER

The applicants have filed the present application to accept the English translation of the Tamil Wills A, B & C annexed to the application herewith, filed by the petitioner in O.P.D.No.97027 of 2024 as sufficient for all purposes for the present.

2. The applicant has filed the Original Petition for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the Wills executed by the deceased D.Thirunarayanan who died on 09.09.2020. The said Wills are in Tamil language and therefore, the applicant is now seeking to produce the English translation of the said Wills of the deceased D.Thirunarayanan.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also taking note of the fact that the Wills are in English, and also taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Original Petition DR.No.97027 of 2024, if the same is otherwise in order and list the Original Petition in the usual course.
