Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the second respondent made in R.P.No.16 of 1997, dated 11.12.2001 in confirming the order of the first respondent made in R.No.B2/26772/93, dated 05.12.1997 and quash the same.
