O R D E R
The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.12.2015.
2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against Booby @ Srinivasa Rao/tenant stating that even after receipt of Rs.3,00,000/- from the petitioner, he refused to vacate the premises let out to him by the petitioner. Since no action was taken on the said complaint, the present petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the dispute is between the landlord and the tenant. However, on receipt of the complaint C.S.R.No.647/2015 has been assigned.
5. Since C.S.R number has been assigned on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to conduct an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enquiry on the said complaint and upon enquiry, if the materials are gathered indicating any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.
