.. Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2019 and not to permit the layout approval plan along with common pathway.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Heard Mr.S.Nagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents.

3. The petitioner wants the respondents not to grant approval for the layout proposal submitted by a third party, but the third party is not impleaded as one of the respondents in this matter.

4. This Court is of the opinion that it is an attempt to get an order by the petitioner without impleading the necessary party behind the back.

5. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition impleading necessary parties. No order as to costs.
