Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an interim direction to directing the respondents to extend the ordinary leave from 21.12.2021 to 21.03.2022 to the petitioners husband Mr.Janardhanan S/o.Ananda Pothy, aged 61 years, convict prisoner, now taking treatment on leave, for the purpose of his continuous medical treatment and thus render justice.(WMP.No.28524 of 2021) Order : This miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NADHIYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.HASAN MOHAMED JINNAH, STATE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR assisted by MR.R.MUNIYAPPA RAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking an interim direction directing the respondents to extend the ordinary leave https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
from 21.12.2021 to 21.03.2022 to the petitioner's husband A.Janardhanan s/o.Ananda Pothy, aged 61 years, convict prisoner [CT No.7598], for the purpose of his continuous medical treatment.
2. By order dated 17.12.2021, we extended the leave of the convict prisoner upto 03.01.2022. The medical report shows that there is no substantial improvement in his health condition. Therefore, we extend the leave upto 21.03.2022 as prayed for in this miscellaneous petition.
Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for and the leave of the convict prisoner is extended upto 21.03.2022.
