This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the appeal under CMA.SR.No. 110257 of 2022 against the judgment and decree dated 18.11.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No. 192 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Puducherry.

2. Despite serving notice, none appeared on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the petition.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered accordingly. 20.04.2023 msm Note: Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
