The case is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the respondents have directed to pay only a sum of Rs.1,02,16,506.08, however, in para-8 of the order dated 17.12.2021, it has been typed as Rs.1,22,66,676/-. Therefore, he seeks necessary correction in the said order.

3. A perusal of the order passed by this Court on 7.12.2021 coupled with the demand raised by the respondents, it is evident that in para-8 of the aforesaid order, it has been wrongly mentioned as Rs.1,22,66,676/- instead of Rs.1,02,16,506.08. Accordingly, Registry is directed to replace the amount of Rs.1,22,66,676/- with Rs.1,02,16,506.08 in para-8 of the order dated 7.12.2021 and issue corrected order copies to the parties.

The order stands clarified accordingly.
