This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 176 days in filing the above CMA.Sr.No.114636/2024.

2. Though notice was served on the 3rd respondent, there is no representation for the 3rd respondent.

3. Mr.A.G.Rajan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and he has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.20047 of 2024 is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.

7. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.A.G.Rajan, as counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 in the cause-list at the time of admission.
